How to request account and data deletion

If you want your HILLink account and associated personal data deleted, send a request from the email address associated with your account to contact@hillink.io with the subject line Delete My HILLink Data.

What to include

  • Your full name
  • The email address used on your HILLink account
  • Your role on the platform, if known: athlete, business, or admin
  • Any details needed to locate duplicate or old accounts

What happens next

We may request confirmation to verify ownership of the account before deletion. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is not required for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Timing

We aim to review deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletions within 30 days, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
