Rules for using HILLink
By using HILLink, you agree to provide accurate information, follow applicable NIL rules, respect campaign terms, and use the platform lawfully.
Platform Access
HILLink provides software for connecting businesses and college athletes around NIL campaign opportunities. Access may be limited, paused, or revoked for security, compliance, quality control, or prelaunch reasons.
User Responsibilities
You may not misrepresent identity, school status, business authority, social metrics, deliverables, or compensation details. You are responsible for your compliance with laws, school guidance, and any NIL restrictions that apply to you.
Campaign Conduct
Businesses must describe campaigns honestly. Athletes must complete accepted work in good faith. HILLink may suspend or remove accounts for abuse, fraud, harassment, repeated non-performance, or other misuse of the service.
No Guarantee of Approval or Availability
Access requests, waitlist placement, pilot participation, and campaign applications do not guarantee approval, acceptance, compensation, or continued availability of any feature.
